Learn the Difference Between Personal Safety, Self Defense and Fighting and Why You Need Training in All Three
Learn why Model Mugging is the most effective Personal Safety Course for women. We will have a brief presentation covering:
- The chances of a woman becoming a crime victim
- Why guns/tasers/pepper sprays are not enough
- How Model Mugging is taught / what makes it effective / Instructor qualifications
You will see a live, full speed, full power, full contact demonstration of Model Mugging fighting techniques against a padded assailant. You will also learn what techniques are covered in the course and in which situations they are applicable.
Optional: Take this opportunity to learn some basic techniques and try them against the Model Mugger. Women ages 16 and up are invited to attend.

We have had numerous requests to spread the course over a few days so attendees would not have to dedicate an entire weekend to training...
AND WE HAVE RESPONDED!
We will now offer the course in three, five-hour sessions over three weekends- same content, same effectiveness.
Occasionally, we will still offer the class over a single weekend to accomodate out-of-town attendees. So check the classes listed and select the one that best fits your schedule!
